OT Non-insulated Copper Ring Crimp Terminals

Precision Connection, Maximum Protection – Engineered for Harsh Electrical Environments

 Pre-Insulated Nylon Sleeve
High-density Nylon sleeves pre-crimped onto terminals, withstand -20°C to +80°C, resisting oil, moisture, and vibration. No heat shrink needed – 50% faster installation.

 Military-Grade Conductivity
Tin-plated brass core, conductivity ≥28%. Tested at 20A continuous current, crimping resistance ≤0.5mΩ.

 Anti-Mismatch Color Coding
Red/blue/yellow sleeves follow industry polarity standards, reducing misconnection risks by 90%.

 3-Second Crimping
Streamlined bullet shape works with standard crimpers (AWG 22-10). Solder-free, reliable connection in 3 seconds.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

"The name 'OT terminal' originates from its appearance — the head is a circular (O-shaped) connection ring, and the tail is a tubular (T-shaped) crimping part, making the overall shape resemble the combination of the letters 'OT.' Its main task is to firmly connect the ends of wires or cables to the terminals of various electrical equipment (such as switches, distribution cabinets, motors, etc.), ensuring stable current transmission.

With its reliable connection performance and installation convenience, OT copper ring crimp terminals are widely used in many electrical fields:Industrial power distribution and control: Used for connecting power and control lines in distribution cabinets, control cabinets, motors, inverters, and other equipment, making it a standard choice for industrial automation scenarios.Building electrical installation: Used in lighting distribution boxes and power equipment (such as central air conditioners, water pumps), ensuring stable and reliable power supply within buildings.New energy and power systems: Used in photovoltaic inverters, energy storage battery packs, wind power equipment, and battery systems to connect cables, ensuring safe operation under high voltage and high current conditions.Automotive and transportation: Used for connecting automotive battery cables and body grounding wires, with particularly important anti-vibration performance.Equipment maintenance and renovation: Used to replace damaged terminals during factory equipment maintenance or old line renovation, making it a common electrical spare part.

Material: The main body is mostly made of copper (T2 copper) with a conductivity of over 99%, ensuring efficient current transmission. Some products may use brass to improve mechanical strength. Surface treatments include tin plating, silver plating, and nickel plating. Tin plating is the most common, effectively preventing copper oxidation, maintaining long-term low contact resistance, and being easy to solder. Silver plating is used in situations requiring higher conductivity and corrosion resistance, such as high-frequency switching power supplies or high-precision industrial equipment. Nickel plating provides stronger heat and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments.

Structural features: Open-ring design: This is a significant advantage of OT terminals. Its ring end has an opening, allowing it to be directly inserted without fully unscrewing the equipment bolt, especially suitable for installation or removal in tight spaces, greatly facilitating subsequent maintenance. One-piece forming process: High-quality terminals are usually made with die-casting or cold-press one-piece forming, with no fractures or false soldering, strong structure, capable of withstanding high tensile and vibration forces. Thickened design: For example, the OT-30A model has a thickness of up to 1.2mm, improving the terminal's mechanical strength and current carrying capacity, reducing the risk of heating when large currents pass through."
