PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Nylon cable ties are strip-shaped fasteners made of nylon material, featuring teeth on one side and a self-locking head at one end. By threading the toothed part through the square hole of the head and pulling it tight, quick and secure bundling can be achieved, usually for single use (with releasable models available). Due to their low cost, ease of use, durability, and good insulation properties, they have become indispensable auxiliary fasteners in industries, electronics, and household applications. The core concept of nylon cable ties is bundling, securing, organizing, and labeling. They are mainly used in electrical and communication engineering, wire harness management, equipment fastening, labeling, industrial manufacturing and maintenance, component securing, safety protection, packaging sealing, household and daily use, gardening support, travel storage, and other specialized fields. The primary material is polyamide 66, commonly known as Nylon 66. It is the most commonly used and balanced-performance material, featuring high strength and toughness, good heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, and aging resistance.
