    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    SNB fork bare terminals are a common electrical connection device and belong to a type of crimp-type terminal. S: Represents Spade. N: represents the bare end (i.e. uninsulated, also refers to a specific size series in some standards). B: In the DIN standard, it usually refers to the series with a terminal fork width of 7.5mm (6.2mm for type A and 7.5mm for type B).

    Therefore, SNB usually refers to non-insulated fork bare terminals with a fork width of 7.5mm. It is used to reliably attach wires to screw binding posts, enabling electrical conduction.SNB bare terminals are used for electrical connection points that require frequent disassembly, maintenance, or inspection, and their fork-shaped design allows for easy loading and unloading of wires without fully unscrewing the screws. It is mainly used in industrial control cabinets, power equipment, automotive electrical systems, household appliances and equipment, communication equipment, rail transit and ship electrical and other scenarios.

    The most common choice for conductor materials is highly conductive copper, such as T2 copper, which has excellent conductivity. The surface treatment is generally tin plating. The tin layer effectively prevents copper oxidation, improves solderability (if required), reduces contact resistance, and is affordable. The fork design allows for easy installation and removal, making it suitable for occasions that require maintenance. And through professional crimping, an airtight connection is formed, with low resistance, vibration resistance, and high tensile strength, which is better than direct winding or welding. and the bare end design makes it easy to check the crimp quality after connection and to visualize the screw tightness. The cost is low and the production process is mature.
